What we do for adults:

Our Hearts-->Hands Pastoral Care Ministry meets on the fourth Saturday of the month. This group is dedicated to reaching out parishioners who are homebound, lonely, or in need. They make calls and help run errands for groceries and medications. Hospital visitation is also a part of this ministry.

AngelWatch Ministry is devoted to offering opportunities to become servant leaders and to nurturing the ministry of encouragement by observing, listening, and acknowledging others' needs. Those involved in this ministry keep a lookout to others in their daily lives and offer encouragement and inspiration whenever possible.

We have prayer organizations for both men and women. The women's group, Daughters of the King, meets on the second Saturday each month. Our men's prayer group, The Brotherhood of St. Andrew, meets on the third Saturday of the month.

We have a prayer group which meets at Clarewood House in the Sharpstown area, and look forward to the formation of more prayer groups. These are small, intimate settings where people meet to pray for our rector, the needs of our people, the needs and growth of the church, the Diocese, and the world around us. Prayer is the sustenance and lifeblood of the church.

Our adult Christian Education program will begin a new series in March 2009. It takes place between services at 10 a.m.
